“We are so very pleased with the kitchen renovation your company recently completed for us that I wanted to write to you direct and share our feelings with you. 1: At the start of the planning process, after you listened to our needs and concerns, you went away and came back with a plan that covered every point we had raised. 2: While considering your quote we had a number of questions and with a phone call to your office we were able to speak with a live person, not one of those annoying message machines, and get the answers we needed. 3: You provided us with a quote that was within our budget, and an installation timeline that took into account our family timetable. 4: Before the installation began you introduced us to your installers a fact that made us feel at home with them doing the work. 5: The installation, as you said it would, produced the minimum of disruption to our home life and was with the minimum of mess. 6: We now have a beautiful kitchen that as well as giving us much pride also has given us a lifestyle change. We have a lovely breakfast bar where before we sat at an ill sitting table that doubled as a spot for the microwave. I have what feels like twice the countertop working area. The microwave is now above the stove again freeing up valuable work space. The floor which was a cold to the feel hard on the back ceramic tile is now more friendly wood.
